Your microphone

Auvi Trade uses your microphone only for the Voice Q&A feature, which lets you ask trade questions hands-free. Here is exactly what happens with your audio:

• It is processed entirely on your device by Apple’s on-device speech recognition
• It is never recorded — no audio files are created
• It is never sent to any server, cloud service, or third party
• It is never stored beyond your current session
• It is discarded from memory the moment you stop listening or close the app

On-device processing

All speech recognition, calculations, and reference content search runs locally on your device. No audio, text, or calculation data leaves your device at any time.

We do not train AI on your data

Creative Machines does not use any audio, text, calculation results, or any other data generated by Auvi Trade to train, fine-tune, or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We have no mechanism to access, retrieve, or collect such data from your device.

Local storage

Auvi Trade stores the following data locally on your device:

• Saved calculations: When you save a calculation result, it is stored locally using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.
• Bookmarked sections: Regulation sections you bookmark are stored locally. This data never leaves your device.

You can delete saved calculations and bookmarks at any time from within the app.

No network requests

Auvi Trade makes no network requests. The app does not contact any server at any time. All reference content and calculation engines are bundled with the app.

The only exception is the App Store, which handles purchase transactions. This is managed entirely by Apple and is outside the app’s control.

Data Controller

Creative Machines is not a Data Controller or Data Processor under GDPR (or equivalent laws) for any data generated by the app. We never access, receive, process, or store any data generated on your device.

GDPR

Because Auvi Trade does not collect, process, or store any personal data on any server:

• There is no personal data to consent to processing
• There is no data to request access to or deletion of
• There are no data transfers to third countries
• There are no data processing agreements required

CCPA

Auvi Trade does not sell, share, or disclose any personal information. No data is collected from California consumers or any other users.

Hong Kong PDPO

Auvi Trade is published by Creative Machines Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong SAR. As we do not collect personal data, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) does not apply to our data handling practices.

Children’s privacy

Auvi Trade does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages.

Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL. Since we collect no data, changes would only reflect new features or clarifications.
